Shipping policy
All orders from The Flour Society Co. are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment to ensure they leave our kitchen in excellent condition. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control.
The Flour Society Co. is not responsible for delays, damage, lost packages, or mishandling caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation and assist when possible.
